CONCERT CHOIRS
Course Descriptions
All choirs rehearse as a class during the school day. All choirs count as a PE credit and students CAN enroll in 2 choirs. Choir dues and after school rehearsals vary depending on the ensemble. Many of our singers are also involved in school sports, clubs, and other after school activities. All singers must meets academic & disciplinary standards.
BRAVO
9th-12th Grade Concert Choir
Traditional choir open to 9th-12 graders.
This group performs at 2 or more festivals a year, 4 concerts, and a variety of community and school events.
BEL CANTO
7th - 8th Grade Concert Choir
Traditional Choir open to 7th-8th graders. This group performs at 2 or more festivals a year, 4 concerts, and a variety of community and school events (including Dog Jam). Bel Canto performs repertoire for mixed, women's, and men's choirs.
6TH GRADE SINGERS
6th Grade Concert Choir
Traditional choir open to 6th graders. This beginning group performs at 1 festival a year, 3 concerts, and a variety of community and school events.
